• Salary: $45,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000–$85,000 Year 1)

Our client is investing heavily in the growth of their Dallas office, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team.

This is a sales-led recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, building relationships, generating revenue and growing your own specialist market. You'll be picking up the phone, prospecting new opportunities, negotiating and working towards clear commercial targets, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver.

We are working with an established international recruitment business offering structured training, hands-on mentorship and a clear pathway for progression. You'll have the support and platform to develop quickly while building valuable commercial skills across sales, business development, negotiation and relationship management.

Role Highlights

• Take ownership of a warm desk with active roles
• Prospect and cold call prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
• Build and manage your own pipeline of clients and candidates
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Identify, engage and manage high-quality candidates
• Pitch opportunities, influence decision-makers and confidently handle objections
• Support client meetings and contribute to hiring strategies
• Develop expertise within a specialist, high-growth market
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement

You Will Need

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another target-driven role
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people
• A proactive approach to prospecting and creating new opportunities
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Resilience, ambition and a results-driven mindset
• Motivation to work towards targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Coachability and a commitment to continuous development
• Ambition to build a long-term career in sales and recruitment

You'll spend your first 8 weeks fully office-based, learning alongside the team and benefiting from hands-on training and mentorship, before transitioning to a hybrid structure of 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely.
