We're hiring 2 Lead Morning Coaches
F45 Training Vancouver Central & Vancouver East

Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday mornings
Compensation: $500/week guaranteed | Approx. $26,000/year
Benefits: 2 weeks paid PTO
Position: Part-Time, Consistent Year-Round Schedule
Your mornings. Your members. Your studio.
F45 Training is looking for an energetic, reliable and people-focused Morning Lead Coach to take ownership of our weekday morning experience.
This is different from a traditional fitness position where you're piecing together a few classes here and there.
We're offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, guaranteed weekly compensation and two weeks of paid PTO to the right coach who wants stability while still having their afternoons, evenings and weekends free.
The Schedule
Monday-Friday

Morning shift begins around 5:00 AM and includes coaching the below class times:
  • 5:15 AM
  • 6:15 AM
  • 7:15 AM
  • 9:00 AM
No evenings. No weekends. Part Time.

You'll become the familiar face our morning members know, trust and look forward to seeing every day.
Compensation
$500 guaranteed per week
Approximately $2,167/month
$26,000 annually
2 weeks paid PTO per year

This position is designed for someone who values predictable income, consistent hours and long-term stability rather than trying to build a schedule one class at a time.
What You'll Own
This is a Lead Coach position, not simply a clock-in-and-coach role.
You'll take ownership of the morning member experience, including:
  • Delivering high-energy, technically excellent F45 classes
  • Opening and preparing the studio for the day
  • Creating an environment where members feel known and connected
  • Coaching movement quality, modifications and progression
  • Welcoming and supporting first-time visitors
  • Building relationships with members
  • Helping identify members whose attendance has dropped
  • Supporting trial members and helping them feel part of the community
  • Maintaining an organized, clean and professional training floor
  • Resetting equipment and preparing the studio for the next part of the day
  • Supporting light member follow-up and studio operations when needed
Who We're Looking For
We're less interested in finding someone who simply wants more classes and more interested in finding someone who wants stability and to own a part of the studio experience.

You may be a great fit if you:
  • Love coaching and genuinely enjoy people
  • Bring energy at 5:00 AM without needing to fake it
  • Are dependable and consistent
  • Understand that great coaching is more than demonstrating exercises
  • Can command a room while still coaching individuals
  • Care about movement quality and member safety
  • Notice when someone hasn't been in class lately
  • Want to become part of a community rather than just work another fitness shift
  • Appreciate having a predictable Monday-Friday schedule
  • Want your afternoons, evenings and weekends available for clients, family, school, another career or life outside the gym
  • Carry a Group Fitness/Personal Certification OR have an Exercise Science Degree or Kinesiology Degree
Prior group fitness experience is preferred, but personality, leadership, reliability and coachability matter tremendously to us.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably with experience working, or training, in a group fitness environment.
  • 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
  • Character, care, and communication skills
  • High level of independence
  • Energetic and attentive
  • Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
  • Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
  • Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS
  • Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, ISSA
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • Must be group training certified
If you're the kind of coach who wants members walking through the door at 5:15 AM and saying, "I'm glad you're coaching today," we'd love to meet you.
Apply today and tell us what makes you an exceptional coach.
