Job Description

Seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 3–6 years of complex litigation experience, with a focus on patent disputes and matters involving life sciences companies. Responsibilities include representing life sciences clients in all phases of litigation (including: investigations, pleadings, fact and expert analysis, motion practice, and trial), managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and working closely with in-house counsel and technical experts.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials, including an undergraduate or graduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or biological engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment.
• Past experience with litigation involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or

medical devices.

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Prior trial experience a plus.
