We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and program 3-axis milling machines and lathe machines, managing both one-off custom parts and large batch production. This role involves routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set-up, and run CNC lathes and mills.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints for precise manufacturing
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining
• 2+ years of programming. Preferably using Mastercam
