F&F Realty has grown again and we are searching for a full-time maintenance technician for International Village located in Lombard, Illinois.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
  • Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
  • Enjoys team effort
  • Problem solver
  • Reliable transportation & live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call
  • Have current HVAC certification or willingness to get
