We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Production Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscape production facility, ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of landscape production, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Supervise and mentor a team of landscape professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor project progress and budget adherence, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ordering supplies as needed to support production activities.
• Implement best practices for safety and environmental sustainability in all landscape operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape production or management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
