What You’ll Own
- End-to-end CNC setups: tool selection, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments for varied production runs.
- Efficient machine operation, balancing speed with accuracy to meet quality targets.
- Reading and applying technical drawings/specs; using CNC programming knowledge to execute correctly.
- Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality.
- Preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Occasional manual machining to support production needs.
- Shop math applied to measurements, tolerances, and calculations.
- Collaborative problem-solving to improve processes and resolve production issues.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar machining role.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skill, especially with CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with CNC tooling and programming.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing SOPs.
- Manual machining skills (preferred).
- Solid shop math capability.
- Attention to detail, quality mindset, and strong teamwork/communication.
