    • Install\/remove signage, conduct weekly property checks, and light inspections<\/li>
    • Manage key control and vehicle\/asset upkeep<\/li>
    • Deliver\/pick-up documents, assist with lease renewals, and greet prospects<\/li>
    • Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory<\/li>
    • Minor property maintenance<\/li><\/ul>
