      • Oversee leasing, applicant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals<\/li>
      • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations<\/li>
      • Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs<\/li>
      • Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite<\/li>
