LCSW / LPC – Full-Time, Salaried Therapist


$76,000–$86,000 | No Billing. No Scheduling. No Burnout Culture.

Locations: Manalapan, NJ and possibility for Virtual Day 


You didn’t become a therapist to run a business. If you’re fully licensed and tired of juggling admin, documentation pressure, inconsistent income, or systems that don’t actually support clinicians — this role is built for you. Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC) is seeking experienced, fully licensed therapists who want to do high-quality clinical work in a calm, professionally run environment. This is a role built for sustainability, not hustle culture. 


About Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC)


Exceptional Wellness Counseling is a clinician-owned, multi-location group practice in New Jersey. We’ve intentionally built systems that allow therapists to focus on clinical work while leadership and administrative teams manage operations, scheduling, billing, and growth. Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $76,000–$86,000
  • Paid Time Off starting at 24 days a year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to clients and include collaterals when appropriate.
  • Provide group therapy if the therapist has group therapy experience and is interested in running a group.
  • Create a treatment plan for clients, with ongoing modifications based on client progress in therapy.
  • Prepare clients for the completion of their treatment.
  • Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources and other providers when needed.


Schedule & Location

• Full-time, salaried role.
• Predictable schedules that are developed collaboratively with flexibility built in.
• Some evening availability is required. Weekends highly sought.
• Based out of Manalapan office with the possibility for 1 day remote.
