Why This Role Matters
This role matters because the work touches infrastructure that cannot fail. The Solutions Coordinator is the operational bridge between client expectations and field execution. They anticipate problems, close communication gaps, and maintain standards under pressure. In environments where reliability is assumed and mistakes are costly, this position ensures that execution matches expectation - every time.
Job Summary
The Solutions Coordinator ensures the secure, compliant, and on-time execution of high-value asset movement for specialized clients, including data center critical infrastructure environments. This role coordinates drivers and vendors, oversees chain-of-custody and SOP adherence, conducts site visits, and resolves operational issues with independent judgment. Success in this position requires strong accountability, risk awareness, and the ability to maintain precision in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
What You'll Do
  • Ensure our daily operations align with client expectations and SOPs
  • Coordinate and schedule teams-including backups when needed
  • Conduct worksite visits to ensure performance and compliance
  • Proactively handle training and materials needed for each account
  • Help recruit and onboard new vendors
  • Manage documentation and administrative tasks around scope, billing, and communications
  • Work directly with customers and vendors to build relationships based on trust
  • Keep operations sharp by identifying and acting on areas for continuous improvement
  • This shift is Sunday 07:00 - 16:00 and Monday - Thursday 10:00 - 19:00.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or coordination roles
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
  • A "no excuses" mindset-when something goes wrong, you figure it out and fix it
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors or independent contractors a plus
  • Tech-savvy enough to navigate operational software and maintain accurate records
