Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team at Everyone's Counseling Center, located in Toms River, New Jersey. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide telehealth and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule and meeting clients' needs. Our outpatient office is designed to be modern and welcoming, equipped with the latest digital technology to support both teletherapy and face-to-face sessions. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of important responsibilities aimed at improving client outcomes. Your key tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of couples and families, identifying underlying issues that impact relational dynamics.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
• Addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, relationship challenges, and adjustment to life changes.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Collaborating with other professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidates will work with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents facing mental health challenges within family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients dealing with separation, divorce, blended family issues, communication difficulties, job stress, and other significant life stressors, providing them with the tools and strategies they need to navigate these complexities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and a passion for patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates who have additional experience in a clinical setting and possess skills tailored to treating family systems. Familiarity with teletherapy practices is preferred, as our organization embraces both remote and in-person therapy modalities.
