Job description
We are seeking an experienced Data Lineage Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise data lineage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Data Lineage architecture and solution design.
- Define canonical data models and metadata standards.
- Design data extraction and lineage strategies across enterprise systems.
- Act as Design Authority and conduct architecture/design reviews.
- Define technical integration patterns, APIs, and data flows.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and solution quality.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Application, and Cloud teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Required Skills:
- 13+ years in Data Architecture / Solution Architecture / Data Engineering.
- Strong Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, and ETL/ELT experience.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Strong SQL and architecture documentation skills.
- Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management.
Preferred: Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue, DBT, or similar technologies.
