Job description

Event Audio Visual Services (EAV) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand strategic client relationships throughout the Atlanta market and beyond. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in event production, hospitality, audiovisual services, or related industries who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.


Candidates who bring an existing client base or established industry relationships is a plus and preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting planners, venues, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Attend networking events, industry functions, and trade shows to promote EAV services
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and client solutions
  • Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives
  • Stay engaged throughout the event lifecycle to support client satisfaction and repeat business


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience preferred
  • Experience in audiovisual production, hospitality, events, or technology industries is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite


Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary (based on experience): $60,000 – $130,000+ annually (based + commission)
