Robotics Online Programmer

Location: Vonore, TN

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical engineering and robotics programming background.
• Design custom automation cells and EOAT using ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Experience with robot reachability studies and payload analysis, including joint torque, center of gravity, and moment of inertia.
• MotoSim simulation experience is mandatory.
• Yaskawa/Motoman online robot programming is mandatory.
• Expert-level programming of 6-axis industrial robots.
• Experience with Cognex and/or Keyence vision systems is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ANSI/RIA R15.06, ISO 10218, risk assessments, and robotic safety systems.
• Experience integrating safety PLCs, light curtains, and fail-safe mechanisms.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Waterjet cutting application experience is preferred.
