Equine & Ranch is seeking a mature, dependable, tech-savvy professional to join our growing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, office operations, marketing support, project coordination, and helping a small business grow.

We serve horse farms, ranches, cattle operations, equipment customers, and dealer partners throughout the United States and Canada.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer and assist customers by phone and email
• Coordinate daily office activities and priorities
• Support marketing and customer outreach efforts
• Maintain CRM records and customer databases
• Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and office administration
• Help keep projects moving and ensure tasks are completed
• Support sales, customer service, and business operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 5 years professional office, customer service, administrative, or business operations experience
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Stable work history
• Horse, agricultural, dealership, equipment, or related industry experience is a plus
