The Pool Cleaner / Tech is responsible for maintaining residential, commercial, and public pools to ensure clean, safe, and well-functioning aquatic environments. This role involves routine cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and addressing customer needs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Test and balance pool water chemicals
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pool maintenance
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• Proficient in pool chemical testing and water quality analysis
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• Strong customer service abilities
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to pool maintenance
• Effective time management skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environments
