As we continue expanding throughout Washington, we are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney who wants to grow with a modern, ambitious, and supportive firm.

Role Description:

You'll independently manage a sophisticated family law caseload while having the support and infrastructure needed to focus on practicing at a high level.

Your work will include:

• Managing divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and post-judgment matters
• Developing case strategy and advising clients through complex legal issues
• Drafting pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements
• Conducting discovery and managing litigation deadlines
• Negotiating with opposing counsel
• Appearing at hearings, mediations, depositions, settlement conferences, and trial
• Providing thoughtful, practical legal advice while maintaining exceptional client communication

Qualifications:

Required

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of five years of Washington family law experience
• Proven ability to independently manage family law matters from intake through resolution
• Strong courtroom advocacy, legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Experience handling custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and related family law matters
• Excellent client communication and professional judgment
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal technology

Preferred

• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS)
• Trial experience
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and anticipated responsibilities.
