Case management proficiency ensures that all participant interactions and progress are documented thoroughly, supporting compliance and program evaluation. Preferred skills such as job development expertise and knowledge of assistive technologies enhance the specialist’s ability to create inclusive employment opportunities and address workplace barriers. Additionally, counseling techniques and bilingual capabilities improve engagement and support for a diverse range of participants, ultimately contributing to better employment outcomes.
