• Has seen scale and knows what 'good' looks like
• 10+ years of experience within the relevant industry (SaaS/software preferred)
• Deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and competitive dynamics
• Proven ability to translate market trends into strategic initiatives
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Demonstrated credibility with customers and industry leaders
