Job description

Position Overview

The Elevated Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors for a full-time role within our innovative community health clinic. This remote position allows you to leverage your clinical expertise to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to individuals in need, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

About the Organization

Elevated Health & Rehabilitation Center is a forward-thinking community health clinic based in Chandler, Arizona. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized mental health care that empowers clients to lead fulfilling and productive lives. Our team of licensed professionals is committed to fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe, cared for, and motivated to pursue their mental wellness goals.

Work Environment

Our work environment promotes a comfortable and confidential setting designed to prioritize client privacy and well-being. You will collaborate virtually with a passionate team of therapists who share a common goal: to facilitate recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We ensure that our mental health counselors have access to the resources and administrative support they need to thrive in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to inform tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver dynamic individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and regularly monitor progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for all clients, accommodating a range of virtual platforms and tools for effective communication.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of best practices and industry advancements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through their healing journeys, utilizing individualized approaches that align with their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficient time management capabilities to coordinate your caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings or with specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care or evidence-based practices would enhance your qualifications. An appreciation for collaborative work within a multi-disciplinary team can contribute to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The Elevated Health & Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate your life and professional commitments.
  • A supportive and collaborative professional environment where your contributions matter.
  • Referral and networking opportunities within the community health sector.
  • Administrative assistance in scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on therapeutic work.
  • Continuing education reimbursement to promote your professional development.
  • Autonomy in clinical decision-making to refine your therapeutic approach.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Elevated Health & Rehabilitation Center, we believe in fostering the professional growth of our team members. You will have opportunities to engage in continuing education, leadership training, and mentorship programs. We encourage initiative and innovation, allowing for potential upward mobility within the organization.
