We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, coordinating services, and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely manner
• Coordinate service delivery and follow up on client requests
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
• Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with clients
• Prepare and send client reports, updates, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Track client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support onboarding of new clients
• Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in client services, customer support, account coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote work)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid role
• Background in SaaS, professional services, or agency environments
