- Product Development: Leads the design, development, and scaling of products or solutions, working cross-functionally to improve user experience and impact.
- Fundraising and External Relations: Mobilizes resources and builds strategic relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to sustain and grow organizational impact.
- Policy and Partnerships: Shapes policy engagement and manages relationships with governments, institutions, and strategic partners to enable program success and scale.
- Research, Measurement and Evaluation: Conducts rigorous research and evaluations to inform program design, measure impact, and contribute to broader sector knowledge.
- Learning Experience Design: Designs learning experiences, training programs, and content that build skills, enhance knowledge, and improve program delivery.
- Field Operations: Coordinates all on-the-ground logistics and partnerships - securing sites, preparing participants, provisioning resources, and engaging stakeholders to enable smooth program delivery.
- Marketing and Communications: Manages brand, storytelling, and outreach, driving awareness, engagement, and communication with key audiences and stakeholders.
- Technology and AI - Builds and scales systems, and AI solutions that enable efficient operations, strengthen decision-making, and support impactful program delivery across the organization.
