Job description

You'll lead your store's overall operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence. You will be accountable for maximizing the sales and profits of the store while providing exceptional level of customer service and developing strong collaborative store team. As a Store Manager, your Edible Arrangements store will be an important part of the local community. You'll ensure your store employees make connections with the customers they interact with every day. The goal of your store is to be the model of operational excellence.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
? Manages P & L to achieve financial goals. ? Manages staff and all day to day responsibilities of the store ? Motivates staff to achieve store sales goals and other operational and marketing goals. ? Oversees the recruiting, hiring and training practices to ensure quality of store staff. ? Trains store staff to successfully handle service issues and intervenes when necessary. ? Ensures stores have adequate shift coverage at all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines. ? Strives for the ultimate in-store and telephone customer service experiences and impressions. Maintains excellent customer service metrics. ? Motivates and mentors employees on providing customers with product suggestions and information. ? Educates and promotes Edible Arrangements products and services to the local community and store customers.
Operations
? Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures. ? Maintains impeccable Edible Arrangements franchise system standards. ? Ensures that all employees are trained in all store functions. ? Regulates the ordering of supplies in a timely and cost effective manner. ? Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations and the overall operations of the store. ? Follows all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies and ensures that store employees are in compliance.
Business Management
? Creates a store plan that supports the execution of corporate initiatives to achieve both operational and business results. ? Responsible for the local store marketing plan creation, implementation and success ? Ensures that all productivity numbers, sales and budgets are consistently met and exceeded.
