We are currently seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship and seeks a stable, professional environment.

Position Overview

This is a strictly technical role. We believe our plumbers should focus on their trade, not a sales pitch; therefore, this position involves no sales or commission-based requirements. We provide all necessary tools and equipment to ensure you can perform your duties to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling for diverse residential and commercial projects.
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure all work is compliant.
• Provide professional communication to clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain Edge Plumbing’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour plus benifits.
• Work-Life Balance: Local projects only; home every night with no overnight travel. No on-call nights and weekends.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

• Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
