Job description

Job Summary

  • Manages all administrative tasks for the construction company. Works directly with the President to ensure the office runs smoothly and all admin/accounting duties are up to date and accurate.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of accounting and office management experience. Experienced in a multitude of administrative duties including but not limited to accounting, HR, insurance, data entry, etc.

  • Manage workman’s comp, liability, and auto insurance renewals
  • Manage vehicle registration renewals
  • Create job postings
  • Assist in interview process

  • Prepare and conduct quarterly safety trainings
  • Conduct sexual harassment trainings as required
  • Manage subcontractor agreements
  • Manage subcontractor documents – W9’s, insurance, etc.

  • Manage President’s Outlook inbox
  • Assist in job scheduling
  • Order materials for projects
  • May bring materials/tools to job sites occasionally
