Job Summary

The Junkluggers of Frisco is currently seeking high-energy, dependable, and athletic individuals to join our team as Luggers. In this role, you get to skip the gym membership and get paid to get a daily workout while serving the local community! Working alongside a crew partner, you will handle the physical removal, loading, and sorting of furniture, appliances, and materials for eco-friendly donation and recycling.

As the primary face of our business, our Luggers are essential to delivering our premium white-glove service. Because our clients rely on us for timely appointments, punctuality, reliability, and respect for our clients' time are top priorities. We pride ourselves on representing our brand with integrity, clear communication, and utmost professionalism. General Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Punctuality & Time Management: Arrive on time for every shift and maintain strict adherence to job schedules. Promptness sets the tone for our white-glove service and shows our clients that we value their time.

• Brand Ambassadorship & White-Glove Service: Serve as the direct, customer-facing representative of The Junkluggers. Maintain a clean appearance, positive attitude, and professional demeanor in client homes and businesses.

• Job Bidding & On-Site Pricing: Evaluate job sites, estimate volume, present clear and accurate price quotes/bids to clients on-site, and answer client questions with confidence.

• Financial Accountability & Payment Handling: Safely collect and process payments (including cash, card, and check transactions), handle invoices accurately, and uphold full financial integrity and accountability.

• Physical Loading & Hauling: Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items—including furniture, appliances, and bulk materials—safely into company trucks.

• Paid Daily Fitness: Stay active and maintain continuous physical effort, standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the majority of each shift.

• Eco-Friendly Sorting: Partner with crew members to identify, sort, and separate items for local donation, recycling, and responsible disposal in accordance with our green mission.

• Crew Collaboration & Safety: Communicate effectively with your team to plan efficient loading strategies, maintain equipment, and uphold safety protocols on every job site.

Job Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Uncompromising Punctuality & Accountability: Exceptional reliability and time-management skills are required. You must consistently arrive on time and ready to work. Because you will be trusted with company assets, client schedules, pricing, and payments, personal accountability is non-negotiable.

• Customer Service & Professional Mindset: Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude. You must take pride in representing the business well and delivering premium service.

• Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift 75+ lbs independently (and heavier loads with team support) and remain active on your feet for extended periods.

• Military & Veteran Friendly: Prior service, military, or National Guard/Reservist experience is a strong plus, though candidates from all employment backgrounds who share our core values are encouraged to apply.

• Age & Location: Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to dispatch in Frisco, TX.
