• Guide clients through pre-built quoting and enrollment workflows
• Work qualified leads daily in our CRM (AgencyZoom) — full training provided
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and video
• Present policies using QuoteVids (training provided)
• Follow internal agency scripts and process checklists
• Collaborate with our support and service team for seamless handoffs

• Active PC and Life/Health license
• Preferred: Familiarity with QuoteVids, AgencyZoom, or similar platforms
• Willing to obtain an Illinois non-resident license (we’ll help with this)
• Strong computer skills and comfort using digital tools CRMs
• Ability to follow structured steps and stay organized
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
