Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.

• Oversee the sales process, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Monitor market trends and pricing to stay competitive.

• Coordinate with the finance and service departments to streamline operations.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of vehicle financing, pricing, and inventory management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in CRM and dealership management software is a plus.

• must possess or obtain Virginia Salesperson license.
