Duties

• Develop and execute online sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers across various digital platforms.
• Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress of prospects through the sales funnel.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including calling leads, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service.

Experience

• Experience welcome but willing to train a highly personable candidate with no experience. This position is ideal for anyone with excellent customer service to start a lucrative sales career.
• Strong people skills, able to "go the extra mile" for our customers.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with phone etiquette that fosters trust and professionalism during client interactions.
• Organizational skills essential for managing multiple accounts, inventory control, retail math calculations, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
