EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a major Utility-Scale Solar Project located in Paris, Texas.

About the Role

The Site Manager will serve as EOSOL's primary on-site representative, overseeing the EPC contractor's performance and ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule. This position does not directly manage craft labor or subcontractors. Instead, the Site Manager is responsible for supervising, auditing, monitoring progress, and reporting on the EPC contractor's performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Represent EOSOL on-site throughout project execution.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance and construction progress.
• Verify compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project procedures.
• Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate technical meetings with the client, EPC contractor, and engineering teams.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between EOSOL, the client, and the EPC contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent, or Owner's Representative.
• Proven experience on Utility-Scale Solar PV projects.
• Experience overseeing EPC contractors.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer or Valid TN Visa.
• Availability to work on-site in Paris, Texas.
• Valid driver's license.
