We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Event Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our events to the next level! As an Event Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and promoting our events to maximize engagement, brand exposure, and ROI. From trade shows and conferences to webinars and virtual events, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure every event is a success. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking will help shape experiences that leave lasting impressions on our clients, prospects, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end event marketing campaigns, from strategy development to post-event analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive event attendance and engagement, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, including event branding, digital assets, and collateral.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between event marketing and sales goals.
• Analyse event performance data, provide post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future events.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new event technologies to ensure our events remain innovative and impactful.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with event marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management tools).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
