Qualifications:

Existing book of business required.

Transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain sales experience preferred.

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently.

Proven ability to develop and manage customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and transportation decision-makers.

Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

Identify customer pain points and provide strategic transportation solutions.

Promote DLS services including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Heavy Haul, Intermodal, Drayage, Hazmat, Expedited, Warehousing, and Dedicated Capacity.

Maintain consistent communication and deliver exceptional customer service.
