We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Night Auditor to join our team at Element by Westin in Chattanooga, TN. This position works the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Balance and reconcile daily accounts and prepare audit reports for management review.
• Provide excellent guest service during overnight hours, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and safety of the hotel during the night shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Perform general front desk duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems; LightSpeed experience with Element by Westin systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work the 3rd shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
