Position Overview

Dynamic Care Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our innovative team in Fresno, California. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Care Psychotherapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough consultations with each patient to assess their physical condition and underlying symptoms, leading to accurate diagnoses.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s specific needs, goals, and lifestyle factors.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and techniques, ensuring they understand how to safely and effectively perform these activities to maximize healing.
• Provide hands-on therapies, including massage and motion exercises, to promote healing and improve mobility.
• Assist patients in utilizing therapeutic equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids to enhance their independence and functionality.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, tracking progress and setting realistic goals to measure outcomes.
• Advise patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises, providing a clear plan for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after injuries. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong proficiency in word processing and computer applications for documentation and communication purposes.
• Ability to adapt and respond flexibly to patient needs and dynamics in various home environments.

Preferred Experience

• Have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Dynamic Care Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:
