Duval Sign Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity to get in early with a young but rapidly expanding commercial sign company that offers significant opportunity for advancement as the company grows.
We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of project management experience in either the sign industry or construction/trades environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage signage projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate permitting, fabrication, installation, and scheduling
- Communicate with customers, vendors, installers, and subcontractors
- Track project timelines, materials, and job status
- Review proofs, submittals, and work orders for accuracy
- Assist with maintaining project profitability and customer satisfaction
- Support field operations and help solve project challenges proactively
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of PM experience in signage, construction, or related trades
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, or permitting is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems preferred
