Job description
As a Dunkin' Store Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' location. Your role involves managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success and profitability of the store. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Dunkin' crew members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability.
- Implement and enforce Dunkin' operational standards and policies.
Financial Management:
- Manage financial aspects of the store, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dunkin' operational procedures and standards.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
