Job Summary

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Design Leader to help lead and grow a national team of 30+ designers supporting some of the industry’s most complex mission-critical projects.

This is more than a design role—we’re looking for a thought leader and technical expert who sees opportunities to improve processes, develop people, increase efficiency, and raise the bar.

What You Bring

• 20+ years fire alarm system design experience
• 10+ years working on large, complex, mission-critical systems
• 5+ years with 3D design software (Revit preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor large design teams
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and IECC
• Experience managing design budgets, efficiency, and profitability
• NICET III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems

$150,000 - $180,000 DOE
