Job description

The Dealer Network Coordinator is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on building our dealership contact network. You will be responsible for making hundreds of cold calls a day to dealerships nationwide. Your sole mission is to identify, connect with, and extract accurate contact information (cell phone numbers and emails) from top-performing automotive salespeople.


Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute hundreds of outbound calls per day to specific individuals at targeted automotive dealerships.
  • Data Extraction: Navigate dealership gatekeepers to successfully obtain direct (and working) email addresses and mobile numbers of top sales talent.
  • Database Management: Accurately input and update all retrieved contact data into Google Sheets in real-time.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous outbound sales, cold calling, or call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Must be an English speaker with clear verbal communication skills.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Monday through Friday. Shift hours will vary depending on the US time zones being targeted each day (EST, CST, MST, PST).

Technical & Hardware Requirements:

  • Software: Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Email, Sheets, Voice, and Docs).
    • A Google email will be provided and professional communication is expected.
    • Slack messaging will be used for intracompany communication.
  • Hardware: Must own a reliable computer capable of running multiple browser tabs smoothly with a consistent internet connection.
  • Phone Setup: Willingness to use your own cell phone, OR use a company-provided Google Voice number.

Interview Process:

  1. Initial Screen: Brief review of background and phone presence.
  2. The Audition (Mock Call): You will be given a live phone script. You will execute a mock cold call with the interviewer, who will evaluate your ability to handle objections and get results under realistic, fast-paced conditions.
  3. Opportunity to ask us questions about the company or the role.
