Looking to grow your income—not just earn a paycheck?
We’re hiring Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents to sell Hospital Indemnity (HI) Medicare plans with provided leads, strong commissions, and full support.

FULLTIME AND PT hours available

In this role, you’ll help Medicare beneficiaries cover out-of-pocket hospital expenses that Parts A & B don’t fully pay—offering real value while building your income.

What We Offer

  • $18–$20/hour base pay
  • $35–$45 commission per sale (uncapped)
  • High earning potential

Responsibilities

  • Speak with inbound/pre-qualified Medicare leads
  • Educate clients on coverage gaps in Medicare
  • Present and explain Hospital Indemnity plans
  • Close sales and maximize earnings through commissions
  • Maintain a professional and compliant sales process

Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a desire to earn
  • Reliable, professional, and coachable
  • Medicare experience is a plus, but not required (we train)

Compensation

  • Hourly: $18–$20/hour
  • Commission: $35–$45 per sale
  • Total Compensation: Hourly + uncapped commissions
