Job description
Are you interested in launching new and innovative products to the market? Changing the food and beverage industry? This singular focus has allowed us to expand from a single product contract manufacturing shop into a technology and innovation driven, vertically-integrated company serving a wide range of markets and categories.
Responsibilities
- Ownallfinancialplanning,budgeting,forecasting,andlong-rangeplanning
- Leadmonthlyclose,financialreporting,andexecutive/ownershipfinancialcommunications
- Partner with operations on cost accounting, plant-level P&Ls, yield analysis, and COGS management across our New Berlin facility
- Managecashflow,workingcapital,andbanking/lenderrelationships
- Overseetreasury,tax,audit,andcompliancefunctions
- Build financial models to support co-pack and private-label pricing decisions, customer profitability, and capacity investments
- Leadcommodityandinputcostriskmanagementforkeyrawmaterialsandpackaging
- Managetheannualauditandrelationshipswithexternalaccountants,auditors,andtaxadvisors
- Developandmentorthefinanceteam;upgradesystems,processes,andtalentasthebusinessscales
Qualifications
- 5-10yearsofprogressivefinanceleadership
- Expertiseincostaccountingandmanufacturingfinance
- Familiarity with private-label and co-manufacturing economics, customer pricing, and deductions management preferred
- Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,orrelatedfield;CPAand/orMBAstronglypreferred
- Strongtechnicalaccountingfoundation(GAAP)pluscommercialandoperationalinstincts
- ExperiencewithERPsystems(i.e.Microsoft365,etc)andmodernFP&Atooling
- Excellent communicator who can translate financial complexity for non-finance leaders and ownership
