Dream to Prosper is a global personal and leadership development organisation expanding our independent partner network across the US, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe. We're looking for experienced L&D professionals ready to take their expertise outside the corporate structure.
Important: this is not a salaried role
This is a self-employment/independent contractor arrangement, not a salaried position. We say that upfront because the people who are the best fit for this role are looking for exactly that.
The role
As an independent partner with Dream to Prosper, you'll operate your own business within an established global network. You'll work with our personal and leadership development curriculum and frameworks, and build your own client and partner base — with the backing of an experienced organisation and community behind you.
What's provided:

- Fully remote and location-independent
What the day-to-day involves
Building your network and running your own independent business. The model is flexible — but it requires consistent self-direction and genuine commitment. This is not a passive income model.
Right for you if:
- You have 5+ years of L&D, facilitation, or capability development experience
- You're actively looking to transition away from traditional employment
- You want autonomy over how, when, and where you work
- You're ready to back yourself in a self-employed capacity
Not right for you if:
- You're looking for a salaried role within a corporate L&D function
- You want externally set targets and a defined organisational career path
