Requirements
Qualifications
Required

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional excited to start a career in operations or logistics
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Clear, confident phone communication and professionalism with customers and vendors
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work hard, take ownership, and grow in a high-performance startup environment

Preferred (but not required)

• Internship or part-time experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or hospitality
• Interest in construction, logistics, or infrastructure industries
• Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or dispatch software

PLEASE NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.
