About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Greece, NY. I have been a State Farm agent since 2004. I am a proud graduate of Niagara University. Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dominic Agostini - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
