Experience Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, management, customer service, or another client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and grow a successful business.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable networking and building relationships within the local community.

Licensing Eligibility:

• Active California Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them (licensing support provided).
• Ability to successfully complete Farmers' background screening process.
• Ability to demonstrate access to at least $100,000 in liquid assets to meet Farmers' financial eligibility requirements. This is not a fee paid to Farmers—it is intended to ensure new agency owners have the capital needed to hire staff, establish an office, and grow their business.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Previous insurance, financial services, or small business ownership experience.
• Experience leading a sales team or managing employees.
• An established professional network or strong referral relationships within your community.
• Experience in referral-driven industries such as real estate, mortgage lending, banking, financial services, automotive sales, or business-to-business sales.
• A proven ability to leverage existing relationships, community connections, and professional networks to generate new business.
• Passion for serving your community while building a long-term business and creating lasting client relationships.
