Experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager Wanted Distinctive Drywall Designs, LLC, a well-established construction company proudly serving South Florida since 1998, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team.

Position:

Full-Time or Part-Time — Flexible Hours

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and highly experienced with QuickBooks. Construction industry experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions

• Maintain and reconcile company accounts

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Invoicing and collections

• Payroll and related bookkeeping

• Job costing and construction-related accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with office administration and daily operations

• Communicate with vendors, customers, and subcontractors

• General office management as needed Qualifications

• Extensive QuickBooks experience required

• Construction bookkeeping experience strongly preferred

• Understanding of construction accounting and job costing is a big plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Reliable and professional

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida

Schedule: Full-time or part-time with flexible hours
