About the Role

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. This is a fully commission-based opportunity built for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys networking, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. You'll manage your own pipeline, advise clients on the right coverage for their needs, and build a book of business — all while upholding the highest standards of ethics and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly production goals
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct remote outreach and virtual meetings/presentations to prospects
• Present policy options and clearly explain coverage details to clients
• Offer quotes and professional insurance advice tailored to client needs
• Collect and document new customer information and client conversations
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM
• Promote a profitable, compliant book of business by adhering to underwriting guidelines
• Maintain an active RIBO license and complete all required continuing education
• Stay current on product offerings, coverages, and market trends
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure efficient policy issuance and service
• Participate in regular performance reviews and adapt strategies for continued growth

What We're Looking For

• Active RIBO license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and regulatory compliance
• Unwavering commitment to ethical selling practices and adherence to insurance regulatory standards
• Comfort and confidence working in a fully commission-based structure
• Excellent prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to generate referrals
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, activities, and forecasting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine desire to help clients
