Company Description: Disruptive MedTech (DMTI) is a medical device company that designs, manufactures, assembles, tests, and fulfills products tailored to customer requirements. DMTI supports all stages of a product’s life cycle, from design and development through sterilization and validation, prototyping, manufacturing, and fulfillment. The company also provides QMS and ERP as a service, as well as regulatory and compliance services.


Role Description: The Production Associate is a full-time role based in Laramie, WY. This role supports day-to-day production activities, including assembly, operating basic machinery and equipment, and performing routine tasks that help meet manufacturing schedules. The Production Associate will organize materials, follow detailed work instructions, and maintain a clean and safe work area in alignment with quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves completing basic documentation, reporting any product or process issues to supervisors, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient, high-quality output.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in assembly and working on production lines.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should be easily adaptable, with the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a manufacturing and technical environment.
  • Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or related industries is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
