Preschool Teacher - Discovery Point Lutz

Discovery Point Lutz is looking for Preschool Teachers who show up with energy, lead with heart, and genuinely light up around little learners. We're not your average childcare center - we're a team that cheers each other on, celebrates the small wins, and believes great teachers deserve to love where they work.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Leading hands-on activities, circle time, crafts, and play-based learning
  • Helping little learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Surviving glitter explosions with grace and professionalism
What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Genuine love for working with children
  • Team player mentality - we're all in this together
  • DCF 45 Hours preferred (or willingness to complete)
  • CDA/Staff Credential a plus for lead positions
  • Childcare or preschool experience preferred, but personality matters most
