About Disbo

Disbo is building the financial operating system for the legal industry.

We replace paper checks with digital payments and help law firms, medical providers, and legal professionals move settlement money faster, cleaner, and in full compliance.

The legal industry still runs on spreadsheets, PDFs, mailed checks, and manual workflows. We’re building the modern infrastructure layer that replaces all of it.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to help launch and scale Disbo across law firms, medical providers, and strategic partners.

This is not a corporate marketing role.

We want someone who understands modern startup growth, SaaS marketing, content, AI tools, automation, funnels, and product storytelling — someone who can move fast, test ideas quickly, and help turn Disbo into a category-defining company.


What You’ll Do

Growth & Acquisition

  • Drive user acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, email, and emerging channels
  • Improve conversion funnels from lead → demo → onboarding → activation
  • Track campaign performance, CAC, conversion, activation, and engagement metrics
  • Help launch new Disbo features, workflows, and product initiatives
  • Translate complex legal fintech concepts into simple, engaging messaging
  • Create landing pages, demos, onboarding materials, sales enablement assets, and product campaigns
  • Support go-to-market strategy and customer education initiatives
  • Create and execute modern startup-style content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and email
  • Work closely with leadership on founder-led content and social strategy
  • Develop short-form videos, product explainers, and educational content
  • Stay on top of social trends, AI tools, and growth tactics
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, workflows, research, reporting, and marketing execution
  • Build lightweight automations and scalable growth systems where possible
  • Work directly with leadership, engineering, operations, onboarding, and partnerships teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality and customer conversion


Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, SaaS marketing, startup marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of startup growth and modern digital marketing
  • Hands-on and execution-focused — you actually build, launch, test, and iterate
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiar with AI tools, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable being involved in content creation and social strategy
  • Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
  • B2B SaaS growth or onboarding experience


Bonus Points

  • SaaS, fintech, legal tech, AI, or startup experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, Notion, OpenAI tools, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, or modern GTM tools
  • Experience with short-form video or founder-led content
  • Experience scaling early-stage products or marketplaces
